Our weight stack area is equipped with a wide range of high-quality Gym80 equipment and is deliberately separated from the plate loaded area to give you a quiet, focused workout.

Beginners in particular benefit from concentrating on the correct movement and targeted muscle development of the primary muscles — without overstraining them. Older people will also find ideal conditions here: The finely adjustable weight adjustment in small steps allows a gentle approach to the load.

Thanks to the proximity to the entrance counter, our trained staff is quickly on hand to answer any questions — for a safe and supervised training experience from the first to the last sentence.

No other studio has received these machines yet — and you're already training with them.

You want to give everything until the last reps? Here you can really work yourself out — without limits. From April 2026, we are also expanding our range to include plate-loaded equipment from Prime — and we're constantly looking for the most innovative devices to take your training to the next level.

Our Functional Area offers you everything you need for varied, performance-oriented training: A 20-meter long artificial turf area for sledges, sprints or bodyweight workouts, as well as half and full racks, bumper plates and special platforms — ideal for athletes, powerlifters and bodybuilders.

But beginners also get their money's worth: Whether working off energy on turf, in the spacious stretching area after training or working specifically on mobility and stability.

A special highlight: Our Mobility Circle — developed to improve your mobility and guide you through training without injury and performance. Functional, smart and focused on your holistic wellbeing.
